Violet

When I was 16 (5 years ago), I wrote a book I called Inside-Out, which followed a teenage girl called Violet as she went on a search with her friends to find her mother who got kidnapped by demons.
It was pretty shitty since I didn't even write it in my first language.
But now I am taking the characters I created for that book, with some elements from the original design, and recreating the world she was in, giving a completely new vibe.
Trade romance for depression, teenage acts of rebellion for alcoholism, a legacy and cool clothes for a poor soul who just wants to be left alone! Still a pretty creepy book.
I've been researching demonology, alchemy, satanism and just religion in general to get all my facts right for years now, and I still need more before I can even start planning it out.
But year, here's my girl!
